Do I have to come to Mandatory checkins?

Yes! It is extremely important/mandatory that you come to checkins. You will not be able to compete if you do not attend checkins. At checkins, you will receive your button, competitor bag, submit music (BB & Classic), and check your height and stage weight. Please make sure that you arrive with ample time to attend. Check the schedule on the show page for date and times of Check-ins

We do not allow refunds. We want to ensure that we are transparent, and that is why before you check-out, you have to click the “No refunds” button. We are happy to announce that you are able to move your show date to a later date within the same year. We will only accept this transfer up to 1 month out from your registered show date.

Yes, you can. At the time of registration, you can add an additional division to your cart, and it will automatically discount. If you have already registered, you can sign up online again using the same email or add your additional classes/division at check-in.

Competitors can purchase a backstage pass online on the tickets page for their coaches.

There is a $50 drug testing fee applied to all natural show competitors. Only a select few athletes will be randomly selected fir drug testing.

We recommend booking your tanning appointment as soon as possible to secure your preferred date and time. Appointment availability can fill up quickly, especially during peak wedding and event seasons, so early booking helps ensure we can accommodate your schedule.

True Novice is for athletes who have never competed in a physique competition before. This is your first time stepping on stage.

Novice is for athletes who have competed before but have not yet won their class in a novice division. Eligibility requirements may vary by federation and competition.

Many competitors use these divisions as a learning experience and a chance to gain confidence on stage. Think of it as a practice round to experience the competition environment, stage presence, and judging process before advancing to higher-level divisions.

Coaches must purchase a Coach’s Pass to access the backstage area. A Coach’s Pass includes backstage access and admission to the event. Coach’s Passes can be purchased through the ticketing page, subject to availability. www.goldenprairiecup.com/tickets

Children aged 5 and under receive free admission when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children aged 6 and older require their own ticket. Please check the event ticketing page for any specific venue policies. www.goldenprairiecup.com/tickets
